TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Web Presence Project TERMS OF SERVICE / CUSTOMER AGREEMENT
(Hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”,"Our Terms" or “Terms of Service”)

Read the following carefully, as your purchase of blocks or any of our service implies that you have read and accepted the Terms of Service. (We reserve the right to change or modify current Terms of Service with no prior notice.)

The Web Presence Project, (hereafter referred to as Web Presence, site, or Website) is owned and operated by diverse team of individuals and investors (hereinafter referred to as Team, We, or Us). Please carefully read, review and be sure you understand our Terms of Service prior to purchasing web presence service as your purchase or use of any of the web presence services identifies that you agree to the following Term of Service and that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions accordingly. If you do not agree to these terms then we cannot help you and we advice you do not purchase/request for any of our service.

Payments

Payments are handled through PayPal or Bank Transfer (UK Resident only). The payment made for any of our service will only last for a year hence our free hosting and domain registration will only last for a year. In order to keep your website, you will be required to pay £50 every year for renewal of the service we render. You can, however, cancel your affiliation with our service at any time within the year. If you do not cancel by the end of the year, your web presence will not be available for public viewing until payment has been made or purchase of blocks.

Refund Policy & Modifications.

All our web presence services require at least 50% deposit before executing the project. The other 50% will be made upon completion of project. (We won't ask you until you are completely satisfied with the design, this is not limited to the layout, style, images, colour management, fonts e.t.c.) Once payment has been made refund cannot be issued which you are responsible for understanding upon payment for our services.
Having said that, if there is any modification that needs to be made on your site, you be required to pre-arrange a time. All modification will be made by the end of that week. Modification to your website after acceptance is limited (strictly to your initial design and layout). Additional cost might apply if you need a different layout modification or if you need an extra page with new functionalities on your site.

Ownership

If you choose to move(register & host) your website on a different server, it should be noted that ALL our standard packages use royalty graphics, vector files and images which are licensed for web site publication only. Due to the copyright issues, we make sure we are in charge of your web presence hence all our STANDARD web presence services come with a MANDATORY web management and update services in order to protect these files however, our exclusive CMS and premium web presence allows you have a copy of your entire website not limited to the stylesheet, psd files, images, vector file and logos upon request.

External Clients and Other Important Issues

You agree not to use your web presence for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited, and You agree to comply with any applicable local, state, federal and international laws, government rules or requirements. We have the right to investigate or terminate the service we provide for any of our clients if it is connected to spam, unsolicited bulk email, promoting or selling illegal items without refunds.

For our external clients, the minimum purchase is price (of block) set at the time of purchase, and the maximum purchase is the number of blocks which are still available for sale by Us. No obscene or offensive images or web link will be accepted, the appropriateness being decided by the team. If you submit an image or profile that is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative. If the image and profile are accepted, any future changes made to the content in respect to the image of profile if offensive or obscene would lead to the removal of the material, with no refund being provided for the same. Any block purchase on the canvas will only last for a year. We shall regularly check the links provided by external clients buying our blocks for advertising purpose.

You must have the authority / right / license to provide the image uploaded. Images must not be animated in order to keep the homepage layout unanimous and must also be in GIF or JPEG format, and certain size might not be accepted by our system. There might be occasional downtime for site maintenance or from our hosting partner. This will be minimized as much as we can in order to avoid any inconvenience with your online presence
